Packers' Isaiah McDuffie: Re-signs with Green Bay
The Packers signed McDuffie to a two-year, $8.0 million deal Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
McDuffie, a 2021 sixth-round pick from Boston College, will remain in Green Bay after spending the first four years of his career with the Packers. Under his new contract, he can earn up to $9.5 million if he reaches all incentives. The 25-year-old has played 1,150 defensive snaps and appeared in 33 regular-season games over the last two campaigns, recording 183 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, four passes defended and one forced fumble. McDuffie will likely serve as the Packers' top backup inside linebacker again in 2025, playing behind Quay Walker and Edgerrin Cooper.

Packers' Isaiah McDuffie: Entering 2025 as UFA
McDuffie finished the 2024 regular season with 97 tackles (46 solo), including 0.5 sacks, three pass defenses and one forced fumble across 17 games.
McDuffie finished as the Packers' second-leading tackler behind Quay Walker (102). McDuffie started in every single game in 2024, though he failed to play more than 30 defensive snaps in the final four games of the regular season and Green Bay's one playoff game. The 2021 sixth-round pick will enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent and should get plenty of interest from teams looking to bolster their linebacker corps.

Packers' Isaiah McDuffie: Ready for Sunday night
McDuffie (ankle) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday night's matchup against the Seahawks, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
McDuffie practiced in full Friday after opening the week with consecutive limited sessions, so it appears he's moved past his ankle injury in time to play Sunday night. The Boston College product played 100 percent of the Packers' defensive snaps in a Week 14 loss to the Lions and recorded a career-best 15 total tackles. However, he'll likely revert to his usual reserve role in Week 15 with rookie Edgerrin Cooper returning from injury.

Packers' Isaiah McDuffie: Still managing ankle issue
McDuffie (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
McDuffie has been nursing an ankle issue since late November, but it hasn't yet cost him any time. In fact, he played 100 percent of Green Bay's defensive snaps for the first time this season in Week 14 versus Detroit and finished with a season-high 15 tackles. With that in mind, McDuffie currently doesn't seem to be in danger of missing Sunday's matchup against Seattle, though it makes sense to keep an eye on his practice participation the remainder of the week.
