Quintin Morris: Back with practice squad
Morris reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Morris was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 26-21 win over the 49ers, failing to record any stats while playing three snaps on offense. Additionally, the tight end added one tackle on kickoff coverage while playing 21 snaps on special teams. Morris has now exhausted his three elevations, and he'd have to be signed to the active roster in order to play again this season.

Jaguars' Quintin Morris: Elevated from practice squad
The Jaguars elevated Morris from the practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the 49ers, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Morris is set to be elevated for the third time this season and would need to be signed to the active roster in order to appear in another game following Sunday's matchup. He played exclusively on special teams across his first two appearances and will likely have a similar role versus San Francisco.

Quintin Morris: Back to Jags' practice squad
Morris reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Morris played exclusively on special teams for a second consecutive week, logging 16 snaps without showing up on the box score otherwise. Morris is eligible to be elevated from the practice squad once more; after that, the Jaguars would be required to sign the 26-year-old tight end to the active roster in order for him to continue to play with the team.

Jaguars' Quintin Morris: Elevated from practice squad
The Jaguars elevated Morris from their practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Texans.
Morris was elevated for last week's loss versus the Bengals as well but played exclusively on special teams and eded up recording one tackle. As all three of the tight ends on Jacksonville's active roster are currently healthy, Morris will likely be relegated to special teams work once again versus Houston.

Jaguars' Quintin Morris: Elevated ahead of Sunday
Morris was elevated from Jacksonville's practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
The Bowling Green product remained with the Jaguars' practice squad after failing to make the initial 53-man roster in late August, and he's now set to play in the Week 2 matchup against the Bengals. Morris most recently appeared in 16 regular-season games for the Bills in 2024, catching five of his eight targets for 36 yards and one touchdown. He's likely to play as a depth option in Jacksonville's tight end corps Sunday.

Jaguars' Quintin Morris: Signs with Jacksonville
Morris signed a one-year deal with the Jaguars on Wednesday, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports.

The Bills will not place a tender on Morris, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Morris was eligible to be tendered by Buffalo as a restricted free agent, but he's now slated to become an unrestricted free agent. Bills' Quintin Morris: Nabs five catches in 2024
Morris finished the 2024 regular season with five catches on eight targets for 36 yards and a touchdown over 16 games.
For the third straight season to begin his career, Morris saw more work on special teams than on offense, though he did log over one-third of Buffalo's offensive snaps in four of the team's final eight regular-season contests. His role diminished again in the playoffs, however, as Morris recorded just 12 offensive snaps without any targets over three games. Morris is now slated to be a restricted free agent, and if he's back with the Bills, he'll likely continue to have a minor role on offense given that both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox are in line to head the team's tight end corps again in 2025.

Bills' Quintin Morris: Full go for Wednesday
Morris (shoulder/groin) was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's walkthrough practice.
Despite practicing in full Friday, Morris was sidelined for the Bills' Week 14 loss to the Rams due to shoulder and groin injuries. However, Wednesday's estimated full practice suggests that he's already recovered from the issues. Expect the Bowling Green product to serve as Buffalo's No. 3 tight end in a Week 15 matchup against the Lions, playing behind Dalton Kincaid (knee) and Dawson Knox.

Bills' Quintin Morris: Ruled out Sunday
Morris (shoulder/groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup versus the Rams.
Morris was a limited participant in practice throughout the week but will end up being unable to play Sunday. The Bills will be shorthanded at tight end, as Dalton Kincaid (knee) is out as well, and as a result, Dawson Knox and Zach Davidson will both likely see increased roles.

Bills' Quintin Morris: Questionable for Sunday
Morris (shoulder/groin) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams.
The Bowling Green product appears to be trending toward playing ahead of Sunday's contest, as he upgraded from limited practice Thursday to a full session Friday. Morris could see a larger offensive role if he can play through his injuries in Week 14, especially with Dalton Kincaid (knee) also listed as questionable. Dawson Knox is currently the only tight end on the Bills' active roster without an injury designation for Sunday.
