Thompson (hamstring) was removed from the Bills' injured reserve Thursday after the two sides reached an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Thompson sustained a hamstring injury in Buffalo's preseason opener against Chicago. Now that he's reached an injury settlement, he'll be able to join another team once he is healthy.
