Tarik Black: Signed to Dolphins' PS
The Dolphins signed Black (undisclosed) to the practice squad Wednesday.
Black spent most of the 2023 regular season on the Ravens' practice squad. He signed with the Steelers during the offseason to compete for a roster spot during training camp, but he was waived with an injury settlement in mid-August due to an unspecified issue. Black appears to be over whatever was ailing him, and he'll provide the Dolphins some much-needed depth at wide receiver after Braxton Berrios (knee) was placed on injured reserve Monday and with Jaylen Waddle nursing a quadriceps injury.

Tarik Black: Waived/injured by Pittsburgh
Black was waived/injured by the Steelers on Tuesday with an undisclosed injury.
There is no word on the specific nature of Black's injury, nor the severity. If he ultimately goes unclaimed off waivers, the pass catcher would revert to Pittsburgh's injured reserve. From there, his season would be over unless both parties end up coming to terms on an injury settlement down the line. Black was competing with a plethora of receivers for a depth role prior to this move.

Tarik Black: Joins Ravens' practice squad
Baltimore signed Black to its practice squad Tuesday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
With Odell Beckham (ankle), Rashod Bateman (hamstring) and Tylan Wallace (hamstring) all dealing with injuries, Baltimore saw fit to bring in some depth at the receiver position. With the Ravens so thin there, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Black elevated as soon as Week 4 at Cleveland.
