  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Out Week 6 but progressing

Moore (Achilles) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.

Coach Shane Steichen added Friday that "(Moore)'s making great progress" and the team is hoping that the cornerback will return soon, per Joel A. Erickson of the Indianapolis Star. Moore hasn't played since injuring his Achilles in the Colts' Week 3 win over the Titans.

  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Logs DNP on Wednesday

Moore (Achilles) didn't practice Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Moore practiced in a limited capacity last week for the first time since sustaining an Achilles injury in Indianapolis' Week 3 win over the Titans. However, he's downgraded and begun the Colts' week of practice with a DNP, suggesting he's trending toward missing his third consecutive game in Week 6 against the Cardinals. The 30-year-old's practice participation Thursday and Friday will likely provide the best indication of whether he can return Sunday.

  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Won't play in Week 5

Moore (Achilles) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.

Although Moore upgraded from a DNP on Wednesday to a limited session Thursday, he won't return for the Colts' Week 5 contest. While he remains sidelined Sunday, newly signed Mike Hilton is likely to make his second consecutive start at slot corner.

  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Misses practice Wednesday

Moore (Achilles) did not practice Wednesday.

Moore missed last Sunday's loss to the Rams and was initially given a multiweek timetable after he was injured in Week 3. If Moore needs to miss Sunday's game against the Raiders, Mike Hilton likely would once again cover the slot for the Colts.

  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Officially out for Week 4

Moore (Achilles) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.

The 30-year-old's absence Sunday comes as no surprise, as he was expected to miss a couple of weeks after sustaining an Achilles injury in the Colts' Week 3 win over the Titans. With Moore sidelined in Week 4, Mekhi Blackmon and Johnathan Edwards could see increased playing time as slot corners.

  • Colts' Kenny Moore: Dealing with Achilles issue

Head coach Shane Steichen told reporters Wednesday that Moore's injury has been clarified as an Achilles issue, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Monday that Moore was expected to be sidelined for a couple weeks after sustaining a calf injury in the Week 3 win over the Titans, but the issue now appears to be an Achilles injury. Despite the veteran corner's injury, Steichen noted that a move to injured reserve currently isn't under consideration. Expect newly signed Mike Hilton to contribute at slot corner while Moore remains sidelined.

Moore recorded two total tackles and one pick-six before sustaining a calf injury in the second half of the Week 3 win. The 31-year-old is a big part of Indianapolis' defense, recording 78 total tackles and seven passes defended, including three interceptions, across 15 games in 2024. In a corresponding move, the Colts signed Mike Hilton on Monday to help fill the void created by Moore's absence over the next couple of games.
