Colts' Grover Stewart: Solid performance in loss
Stewart recorded six total tackles (two solo), including one tackle for loss, in Sunday's 45-33 loss to the Giants.
The 31-year-old was one of the few bright spots on the Colts' defense in Sunday's loss, finishing second on the team in tackles for loss and third in total tackles. Stewart has been productive throughout the year, having now recorded 67 total tackles, including 3.5 sacks, and three passes defended while appearing in all 16 of the Colts' regular-season games thus far. He's expected to continue starting alongside DeForest Buckner as part of Indianapolis' top interior defensive-linemen duo in the Week 18 matchup against the Jaguars.

Stewart has posted three sacks over the last two games, and his 3.5 sacks this season are just a half-sack shy of his career high, set back in 2022. The 31-year-old defensive tackle has averaged 4.4 tackles per game, meaning he has some intriguing fantasy appeal in leagues that designate a defensive tackle spot.

Colts' Grover Stewart: Gets after QB in loss
Stewart recorded four tackles (two solo), including 2.0 sacks, and a forced fumble in Sunday's 21-13 loss to the Vikings.
The defensive tackle's forced fumble also led to a scoop-and-score touchdown for teammate Kenny Moore II. Stewart now has 36 tackles (16 solo), including 2.5 sacks, two passes defensed, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery this season.

Colts' Grover Stewart: Recovers fumble in win
Stewart had four total tackles and recovered a fumble in Sunday's win over Chicago.
Stewart is primarily a run stuffer as the starting nose tackle. He played on 49 of the defense's 90 snaps, which let Taven Bryan play his more natural position at defensive end. Stewart is consistent by averaging 3.67 tackles per game after averaging 3.72 last season.

Colts' Grover Stewart: Staying in Indy
The Colts agreed to re-sign Stewart on Tuesday to a three-year, $39 million deal, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Stewart has played in Indianapolis since being drafted by the team in 2017. He missed six games in 2023 due to a suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drugs policy but otherwise started all 11 of the Colts' games en route to 41 tackles (23 solo), including 0.5 sacks. The 30-year-old has proven durability by missing just two games across the prior six seasons. He projects to again start next to DeForest Buckner on the interior defensive line in 2024.
