Eagles' Nick Muse: Signs future contract with Philly
The Eagles signed Muse to a reserve/future contract Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Muse played in four regular-season games for the Vikings in 2024 before being let go in early January. He joined the Eagles' practice squad for their playoff run but wasn't elevated to the active roster for a single game. Muse will be on Philadelphia's 90-man roster when the new league year begins March 12, which gives him the ability to participate in OTAs, minicamp and training camp.

Nick Muse: Rejoins Philly's practice squad
The Eagles signed Muse to their practice squad Saturday.
Muse was cut from Philadelphia's practice squad Thursday, but he has rejoined the organization two days later. Running back Lew Nichols was added to the practice squad upon Muse's removal Thursday, but the two have swapped places again, with Nichols getting cut Saturday. Muse spent most of 2024 in Minnesota's organization, playing in four regular-season games without recording any offensive stats before the Eagles snapped him up for tight end depth Jan. 22.

The Eagles cut Muse from the practice squad Thursday.
Muse spent the second half of the 2024 regular season on the Vikings' practice squad after being waived from the 53-man roster in late November. The 2022 seventh-round pick was added to Philadelphia's practice squad Jan. 22 to provide additional depth at tight end. Muse's removal makes room on the Eagles' practice squad for running back Lew Nichols.
