Coach DeMeco Ryans said Pitre (concussion) will not play in Thursday night's game against the Bills, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.
Pitre will miss his third straight contest due to the concussion, and the short week didn't help, as Ryans noted it wasn't enough time for Pitre to clear the protocol. Myles Bryant should again handle an expanded role in the Texans' secondary Thursday night.
