Bears' Jaylon Jones: Out for Week 3
Jones (hamstring) won't play in Sunday's matchup against the Cowboys.
The 27-year-old from Ole Miss was unable to practice all week due to a hamstring injury, so it's no surprise he'll be unavailable Sunday. Jones has played strictly on special teams in Chicago this season, recording three total tackles across 39 snaps.

Bears' Jaylon Jones: Claimed by Bears
The Bears claimed Jones off waivers from the Cardinals on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Jones spent his first three seasons in the league with the Bears but played fewer snaps each year before signing with the Cardinals in free agency. It didn't work out with the Cardinals, so now he's back with his original team. Jones adds immediate secondary depth with Jaylon Johnson (leg) nursing an injury.

Jones exited Saturday's preseason game against the Raiders with a head injury, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Jones went to the locker room to be examined for a concussion. He appeared in eight regular-season games for the Bears last season, making one start.

Cardinals' Jaylon Jones: Two tackles in preseason debut
Jones (shoulder) recorded two solo tackles in Saturday's 20-17 preseason win over the Chiefs.
Jones signed with the Cardinals in the offseason after he underwent shoulder surgery in January, but he was able to give it a go in the team's preseason opener. The 27-year-old is expected to serve as a depth option behind Garrett Williams at slot cornerback in 2025.
