Dickerson (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Giants.
Dickerson was unable to practice all week due to the ankle injury sustained in Philadelphia's Week 5 loss to the Broncos, so it's no surprise he's been ruled out for Thursday's contest. Brett Toth is expected to start at left guard in Dickerson's stead in Week 6.

Dickerson suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter of Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Broncos and was unable to return. With Dickerson going down as a non-participant on the Eagles' first two Week 6 injury reports, he appears likely to miss Thursday's game against the Giants, per Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer. Dickerson wasn't able to practice Monday due to a back issue, but head coach Nick Sirianni said Tuesday that the 2021 second-rounder has recovered from surgery to repair a meniscus injury in his right knee, per Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer. The back issue doesn't appear to be a serious concern as Dickerson was able to practice in full during Tuesday's session, paving the way for him to start at left guard for Thursday's regular-season opener against the Cowboys.

Dickerson (knee) is participating in individual drills at practice Sunday, EJ Smith of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Less than three weeks after undergoing surgery to address a meniscus injury in his right knee, Dickerson is back at practice Sunday. While it's not clear if the Pro Bowl guard will participate in the team portion of the session, Smith notes that in addition to doing individual drills, Dickerson also took reps with the field-goal unit during special-teams drills. There appears to be a growing likelihood that he'll be ready to play in Philadelphia's Week 1 game against the Cowboys on Thursday.
