    Ento was waived by Green Bay on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

    Ento made the Packers' 53-man roster in 2020 but missed most of the season due to an undisclosed injury. Although he'll have to seek out another opportunity, he's healthy heading into the 2021 campaign.

    The Packers designated Ento (undisclosed) for a return from injured reserve Wednesday, Olivia Reiner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

    Green Bay will have 21 days to evaluate Ento in practice before deciding whether to add him to the 53-man roster. The 24-year-old cornerback has yet to make his NFL debut since going undrafted out of Colorado in 2019.
