Titans' Van Jefferson: Catches first TD of 2025
Jefferson caught three passes on seven targets for 22 yards and a touchdown during the Titans' 16-13 loss to the Texans on Sunday.
Jefferson was thrust into a bigger role on offense following injuries to Calvin Ridley (fibula), Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) and Chimere Dike (chest). Jefferson ended up leading the Titans pass catchers with seven targets and helped tie the game at 13-13 late in the fourth quarter, when he hauled in a four-yard touchdown pass from Cam Ward. Ridley is out for the rest of the season due to a broken fibula, and Jefferson could be thrust into the Titans' WR1 role against the Seahawks in Week 12 if Ayomanor and Dike are unable to play.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Limited to one catch
Jefferson recorded one catch on four targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chargers.
Jefferson maintained a significant role in the Tennessee offense with Calvin Ridley (hamstring) sidelined. He's managed at least four targets in four straight games, though Jefferson has managed only one reception in each of his last two contests. He should continue to get opportunities so long as Ridley is sidelined, but Jefferson's production will likely be sporadic.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Can't connect with Ward
Jefferson recorded one reception on eight targets for six yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.
Jefferson was on the field for 78 percent of offensive snaps with Calvin Ridley (hamstring) sidelined again. He managed to match Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike in targets, but Jefferson was extremely inefficient with that opportunity. Jefferson should continue to see an expanded role so long as Ridley is sidelined, but his fantasy value still remains very limited.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Good to go while Ridley's out
Jefferson (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans, while Calvin Ridley (hamstring) has been ruled out, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Jefferson upgraded to full practice participation Friday after a pair of limited sessions to gain clearance. He took on a larger role after Ridley got hurt in the Week 6 loss to the Raiders, as Jefferson finished with four catches for 75 yards. Jefferson likely will start on the outside opposite Elic Ayomanor against a Patriots secondary that's allowing 146 receiving yards per game to wide receivers.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Stays limited Thursday
Jefferson (ankle) remained limited in practice Thursday.
Just like Wednesday, Jefferson practiced in limited fashion while Calvin Ridley (hamstring) didn't participate in practice. With Ridley trending toward sitting out Sunday against the Patriots, Jefferson has a nice opportunity to take on a larger role, assuming the latter can play through his own injury concerns. Jefferson compiled four catches for 75 yards after Ridley exited Tennessee's Week 6 loss to the Raiders. Prior to that game, Jefferson had 24 receiving yards all season.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Logs limited practice
Jefferson (ankle) was limited at practice Wednesday.
With Calvin Ridley (hamstring) not practicing Wednesday, Jefferson's status is of added import ahead of Sunday's game against the Patriots. Ridley was forced out of the Titans' Week 6 loss to the Raiders with a hamstring injury after logging just six snaps, which led to Jefferson recording a season-high 74 percent snaps share en route to catching four of his six targets for 75 yards.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Season-best numbers in loss
Jefferson secured four of six targets for 75 yards during Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Raiders.
Jefferson recorded more offensive yardage in Week 6 than during the prior five games his year combined, as he played a season-high 75 percent of the offensive snaps. His increased involvement came as the result of Calvin Ridley (hamstring) being forced off the field early in the first quarter. If Ridley is limited or unable to play in Week 7 versus the Patriots then Jefferson, rookie fourth-rounder wideout Elic Ayomanor and tight end Chig Okonkwo could all benefit from an uptick in target share.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Set to play Sunday
Jefferson (ankle) is active for Sunday's Week 6 matchup against Las Vegas.
Jefferson managed an ankle injury throughout the week and was deemed questionable on Friday's final injury report. However, the veteran wideout has progressed enough to suit up Sunday. Jefferson has played a minor role in Tennessee's air attack this season, tallying four catches on four targets for 24 yards through five games.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Questionable to face LV
Jefferson (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Jefferson appeared to pick up an ankle injury during the Titans' Week 5 win over the Cardinals. He steadily upgraded his practice participation after sitting out of Wednesday's session, but his official status for Sunday's contest may not be known until the Titans announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes prior to the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. With Bryce Oliver (knee) already ruled out, the Titans could elevate Mason Kinsey, James Proche or undrafted rookie Xavier Restrepo from the practice squad to the active roster if Jefferson is unable to play.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Limited practice Thursday
Jefferson (ankle) practiced in limited fashion Thursday.
Jefferson was unable to practice in any capacity Wednesday, so his activity Thursday was a step in the right direction. There should be a clearer picture of his potential availability for a Week 6 matchup against Las Vegas on Friday, depending on whether he can avoid an injury designation.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Dealing with ankle injury
Jefferson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Jefferson played a season-low 12 offensive snaps (18 percent) in Tennessee's Week 6 win over Arizona, but that may have been caused by his ankle injury. He'll have two more chances to practice and clarify his status ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders.

Jefferson recorded one catch on one target for six yards in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Texans.
Jefferson played a season-high 41 percent of offensive snaps, though it translated to just one target. He has one or fewer targets in three of four games this season and is not on the fantasy radar.

Titans' Van Jefferson: Limited to seven snaps
Jefferson was not targeted in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Broncos.
Jefferson's usage in the preseason suggested he would have a role in the Titans' offense to begin the season. Instead, he was on the field for only seven offensive snaps, fifth most among the team's wide-receiver corps. Jefferson looks unlikely to contribute much offensively, barring injury.
