    The Titans waived Simmons (undisclosed) off injured reserve with an injury settlement Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

    Simmons reverted to Tennessee's IR after going unclaimed on waivers in late August, but he's been removed from IR after agreeing to an injury settlement Wednesday. The 2020 seventh-round pick's last regular-season action came in 2021 with Chicago, where he appeared in two games and made one start.
