Seahawks' Josh Jones: Lands with Seattle
The Seahawks agreed to terms with Jones on a one-year contract Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jones appeared in 16 regular-season games for the Ravens last season, seeing just 46 snaps on offense and 87 on special teams. The 27-year-old will be joining his fourth team in as many seasons and has 24 games of starting experience under his belt. The Seahawks badly need help along the offensive line, so there's a chance Jones could win a starting job. He has experience at both guard and tackle.

Texans' Josh Jones: Traded to Texans
Jones was traded to the Texans from the Cardinals Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Aaron WIlson of KPRC2 Houston reports the Texans will also receive a seventh round pick and send the Cardinals a fifth round pick.
Jones is entering the final season of his rookie contract after playing his first three seasons in Arizona. He suited up for all 34 regular-season games over the previous two years, including 21 starts. It remains to be seen what Houston's plans are for him on its offensive line, but the Texans are dealing with injuries to tackles Tytus Howard (hand) and Charlie Heck (foot), so depth is the likely reason for the deal.
