49ers' Wesley Johnson: Joining 49ers
Johnson signed a one-year contract with the 49ers on Tuesday.
Johnson has been in the NFL for five years and has stints with the Steelers, Jets and Dolphins. He's appeared in 51 total games in his career and most recently played in 10 on the Dolphins' offensive in 2018. He will likely be a depth option on the offensive line for San Francisco should he make the final roster.

Jets' Wesley Johnson: Re-signs with Jets
Johnson, a restricted free agent, re-signed with the Jets on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.
When longtime Jets center Nick Mangold (ankle) was placed on injured reserve last December, Johnson filled in as the starter for the final four games of the season and performed admirably. With Mangold having been released in February, the starting job is seemingly Johnson's to lose ahead of the 2017 campaign.
