Reed was placed on injured reserve Thursday with a neck injury that is likely career-ending, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Reed suffered damage to his vertebrae, which puts his overall health at serious risk should he play again. So, Reed is officially out for the the entire 2019 season and, while not official yet, likely done for his career.
