Redskins' Ashton Lampkin: Signs deal with Washington
Lampkin signed a contract with the Redskins on Tuesday.
Lampkin was recently signed by the Browns in January, but after that stint didn't go as planned, he found a new team Tuesday. The 25-year-old hasn't seen any NFL action in his career but will hope to earn a depth role in the secondary for 2019.

Browns' Ashton Lampkin: Staying in Cleveland
Lampkin has signed a reserve/future contract with the Browns, according to the league's official transaction log.
Lampkin finished the 2018 season on the Browns' practice squad. He'll now get to stick around with Cleveland for the offseason with hopes of securing a depth role in the secondary in advance of the 2019 campaign.

Ashton Lampkin: Tries out for Buffalo
Lampkin (knee) is working out for the Bills on Monday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.
Lampkin suffered a torn ACL during his 2017 campaign with the Chiefs, and was waived by Kansas City this offseason. The cornerback appears to have returned to full health, and could have a shot at earning a depth role in Buffalo's secondary.

Ashton Lampkin: Agrees to injury settlement
Lampkin (knee) agreed to an injury settlement with the Chiefs and was waived from injured reserve, according to the league's official transaction log.
Lampkin landed on IR earlier on in training camp after missing the entire 2017 campaign with a torn ACL. The cornerback could be close to fully healthy at present time, though, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Lampkin finds a new home in advance of the regular season.

Ashton Lampkin: Waived by Chiefs
The Chiefs waived Lampkin (ACL) on Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of The Kansas City Star reports.
Lampkin continues to slowly recover from an ACL injury suffered last August, resulting in the Chiefs' decision to cut ties with him as they look for depth in the secondary. Once he recovers and is ready to practice, there's a chance the second-year cornerback could find a landing spot with another club, assuming he goes unclaimed.

Chiefs' Ashton Lampkin: Considered day-to-day
Lampkin (knee) remains in recovery and may not be available for the start of training camp, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports. "Lampkin, who tore his ACL last year, isn't quite ready yet and we'll just take him day-by-day," said Chiefs Vice President of Sports Medicine and Performance Rick Burkholder.
Lampkin tore his ACL in training camp last summer and spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve. When healthy, the undrafted Oklahoma State product will compete for a depth role in the Chiefs secondary.

Chiefs' Ashton Lampkin: Suffers major knee injury
Lampkin tore his ACL in Sunday's game, BJ Kissel of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Lampkin was looking for a depth or special teams role, but now the undrafted rookie is likely to be waived/injured with little chance of being picked up until after the season.
