The Vikings activated Kelly (concussion) from injured reserve Saturday, and he does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Packers.
Kelly has cleared the league's concussion protocol and will play Sunday for the first time since Week 4. His return means Michael Jurgens will revert to a reserve role on the offensive line.

Kelly (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 11 matchup against Chicago, Dane Mizutani of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

However, he's not yet ready to play as he continues to work his way back from a concussion he suffered in Week 4 against Pittsburgh. Vikings' Ryan Kelly: Getting closer to return
Head coach Kevin O'Connell told reporters Monday that Kelly (IR, concussion) will begin working off to the side of practice this week, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
O'Connell also noted that this doesn't necessarily mean the Vikings will open Kelly's 21-day practice window, it's just a step in the right direction for his return.
