  • Terrelle Pryor: Expected to fully recover

Pryor is expected to be released from the hospital Tuesday or Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

  • Terrelle Pryor: Injured in off-field incident

Pryor underwent surgery Saturday following an off-the-field incident, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 30-year-old wide receiver, who last played for the Jaguars during the 2019 preseason, is currently in critical condition following an off-the-field incident which took place in Pittsburgh on Friday.

  • Terrelle Pryor: Officially parts with Jacksonville

The Jaguars released Pryor (hamstring) as part of an injury settlement Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Pryor was included among the Jaguars' roster cuts Friday but reverted to injured reserve after going unclaimed off waivers. According to Rapoport, the hamstring issue that sidelined Pryor for the Jaguars' final preseason game is a minor concern that the 30-year-old has since moved past, so he'll head back to the open market at full strength. Pryor seems unlikely to surface elsewhere before Week 1 kicks off, but he could find a home once injuries inevitably take their toll on teams' receiver ranks during the season.

  • Terrelle Pryor: Cut by Jaguars

The Jaguars are cutting Pryor (hamstring), who didn't play in Thursday's preseason finale against Atlanta, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

A hamstring injury limited Pryor to one appearance and three receptions during the preseason, essentially robbing him of any chance to build a case for the 53-man roster. The 30-year-old wide receiver doesn't seem especially likely to land another job before Week 1.

  • Jaguars' Terrelle Pryor: Injury appears minor

Pryor (hamstring) is considered day-to-day after exiting Thursday's preseason game against the Dolphins, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Pryor caught three of four targets for 26 yards and played 16 offensive snaps before leaving with the injury. The 30-year-old dealt with a hamstring injury earlier in August, but the current injury looks to be a minor issue. Pryor is fighting for a spot on the 53-man roster after totaling 235 receiving yards and two touchdowns in eight games between the Bills and Jets last season.
