Pantale was released by the Dolphins on Saturday, Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Pantale couldn't beat out MarQueis Gray and thus was sent packing. He has bounced around the NFL over the past few seasons and is likely to continue to do so should he want to extend his NFL career.

Pantale (concussion) recorded two catches for 18 yards in Thursday's preseason finale against the Vikings.
Pantale returning to the field Thursday night means that he is officially out of concussion protocol after spending nearly two weeks going through testing. He had one last opportunity to impress the Dolphins coaches in the team's final preseason game before they make final roster cuts.

Pantale reportedly suffered the head injury in Thursday night's game against the Ravens. This is the second preseason in a row that Pantale has sustained a concussion, and it once again may have a serious impact on his chances of making the team's final roster.
