The Texans named assistant coach George Godsey the offensive coordinator on Monday, per Pro Football Talk. The team went all last season without anyone holding that title, as head coach Bill O'Brien ran the offense.
Godsey moves from quarterbacks coach to coordinator. The team will not name a replacement for quarterbacks coach.
