The Saints are one of the few teams that have yet to sign a single draft pick as they wrapped up their offseason program on Wednesday. New Orleans has five draft picks -- DT Akiem Hicks, WR Nick Toon, CB Corey White, G Andrew Tiller and T Marcel Jones -- without contracts. This should come as no surprise regardless of the new pay scale as the Saints typically don’t start negotiating with rookies until near the start of training camp.
