The Patriots announced Monday they reinstated cornerback Brandon Browner and wide receiver Brian Tyms, who both had their roster exemptions lifted after serving four-game suspensions to begin the season.
To clear two roster spots, the Patriots released defensive lineman Joe Vellano and placed defensive lineman Michael Buchanan on injured reserve.
