The Lions have gained depth at tight end with the signing of David Ausberry.
Ausberry spent four seasons with the Raiders, though he missed all of 2013 with a shoulder injury and lost much of last year with a foot issue.
He has appeared in 34 games with 11 catches for 120 yards. He also earned significant time on special teams.
