Arbitrator Shyam Das has ruled in favor of the NFL in the grievance pertaining to the Saints bounty scandal. Das' ruling essentially means Commissioner Roger Goodell can punish the players who the NFL initially suspended in the bounty scandal even though the actions occurred before the new CBA.
