Defensive linemen Phillip Taylor (knee) and Billy Winn (quad), who had been listed as questionable, headline the inactives for the Browns on Sunday against Oakland. Also out is wide receiver Rodney Smith (hamstring).
The healthy scratches are cornerbacks Pierre Desir and Robert Nelson, running back Glenn Winston and offensive lineman Vinston Painter.
