  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Chips in 18 points in return

Daniels logged 18 points (8-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five assists, five rebounds and two steals over 38 minutes during the Hawks' 112-102 win over the Celtics on Monday. Daniels was back in action following a one-game absence due to a toe injury, but that issue didn't appear to impact his play during Monday's win. He extended his streak of two-plus steals to three games and was efficient with his limited shots, finishing as the Hawks' third-leading scorer behind Onyeka Okongwu and Jalen Johnson (20 points each). Daniels has averaged 16.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.6 threes and 2.2 steals over 33.8 minutes across his last five games.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Off injury report

Daniels (toe) is off the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Celtics. Daniels missed Saturday's game against the Kings due to a toe injury, but he will return to the lineup Monday. Over his last five games, Daniels is averaging 13.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.2 steals in 31.2 minutes per contest.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Not playing Saturday

Daniels (toe) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Kings, Kevin Chouinard of the Hawks' official site reports. Daniels popped up on Saturday's injury report due to a left great toe sprain, and the injury is severe enough for the fourth-year pro to miss his fifth game of the season. In his absence, the Hawks will likely turn to Corey Kispert or Zaccharie Risacher to move into the starting lineup. Daniels' next opportunity to play is Monday against Boston.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Dealing with toe injury

Daniels is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Kings due to a left great toe sprain, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Daniels likely picked up the injury during the Hawks' 109-102 loss to the Celtics on Friday, when he played 32 minutes and finished with six points (3-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt), six rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block. If he's unable to play Saturday, Zaccharie Risacher and Corey Kispert would be the top candidates to enter Atlanta's starting lineup.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Double-doubles in win

Daniels ended Monday's 124-112 win over Orlando with 15 points (6-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 36 minutes. Daniels picked up his 11th double-double of the campaign as the Hawks improved to 37-31 on the season. Daniels is trending up in fantasy hoops, posting second-round value in nine-category formats over his last five games with averages of 13.2 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.8 blocks.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Not listed on injury report

Daniels (toe) isn't listed on the injury report for Saturday's game against the Bucks. Daniels was held out of Thursday's win over Brooklyn due to a left toe sprain, though he's set to return to action Saturday. With the 22-year-old guard returning to the lineup, Corey Kispert should slide back to the second unit. Over his last five games, Daniels has averaged 13.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 3.2 combined steals-plus-blocks in 32.8 minutes per tilt.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Won't play Thursday

Daniels is out for Thursday's game against the Nets due to left toe sprain, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Daniels is out of action for just the fourth time all year, and he can deemed day-to-day prior to Saturday's contest versus the Bucks. Zaccharie Risacher stands out as the most likely candidate to start at small forward in Daniels' stead, offering him a bump in streaming appeal in fantasy leagues.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Tabbed questionable

Daniels is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Brooklyn due to a left great toe sprain. Daniels is at risk of missing Thursday's contest due to a sprained toe. The 22-year-old wing is averaging 13.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.4 steals over his last five appearances. If he can't suit up Thursday, Zaccharie Risacher would likely enter the starting lineup.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Dishes out 11 dimes

Daniels accumulated 13 points (6-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds, 11 assists, one block and five steals across 33 minutes during Thursday's 126-96 victory over Washington. Daniels dished out double-digit assists for the sixth time this season on the way to a rare double-double for the 22-year-old. It was reassuring to see him score in double figures for the first time in a week, though he's proven on a nightly basis that he's able to contribute in other categories even when his shot isn't falling.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: All-around effort in win

Daniels ended with seven points (3-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, eight assists and three steals across 33 minutes in Sunday's 115-104 victory over the Nets. Daniels didn't reach double figures as a scorer, but he contributed double-digit rebounds while posting game highs in assists and steals in a win. Although his scoring output has dipped this season -- he entered Sunday averaging 11.5 points across 55 games after posting 14.1 points in 76 regular-season contests last year -- this performance highlights the value the young guard provides beyond putting the ball in the basket.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Plays well in win

Daniels ended Thursday's 117-107 victory over Philadelphia with 15 points (7-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-3 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal over 37 minutes. Daniels has had an up-and-down season. His steal rate has dropped compared to last year, and his three-point shot has completely eluded him. Even so, he ranks as a seventh-round value in nine-category formats through 54 games with 11.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.2 three-pointers.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Cleared to face Hornets

Daniels (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against Charlotte, Kevin Chouinard of the Hawks' official site reports. Daniels will shed a questionable tag in time to suit up Wednesday night. The 22-year-old is averaging 10.1 points, 6.8 assists, 6.2 rebounds and 1.7 steals across 32.0 minutes in his last 10 appearances.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Iffy for Wednesday

Daniels (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Hornets. Daniels missed Monday's matchup with the Timberwolves while tending to a right ankle issue, and he's now in danger of missing a second game. The team should have another update to share closer to tipoff.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Nursing ankle injury

Daniels is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Timberwolves due to right ankle inflammation, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Daniels may have tweaked his ankle during the Hawks' loss to the Hornets on Saturday, when he logged 11 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals over 31 minutes. CJ McCollum, Gabe Vincent and Buddy Hield figure to be the top candidates to enter Atlanta's starting lineup if Daniels is unable to play Monday.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Modest production continues

Daniels closed Saturday's 126-119 loss to the Hornets with 11 points (5-13 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two steals in 31 minutes. Daniels continues to struggle on the offensive end, appearing more passive than usual. He has scored no more than 11 points in five straight games, a worrying trend for fantasy managers. While scoring is certainly not one of his strengths, it does seem as though he is more hesitant than usual, often not even looking at the basket despite being in a scoring position. His peripheral production, as always, is enough to buoy his fantasy value to the point that he continues to put up top 80 numbers despite averaging just 10.5 points per game in 14 appearances over the past month.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Offensive struggles continue

Daniels ended Tuesday's 127-115 victory over Miami with two points (1-4 FG), one rebound, five assists and one steal across 22 minutes. Daniels continues to offer very little on the offensive end of the court, scoring in single digits for the fifth time in the past seven games. While his peripheral contributions have been adequate, he appears to have lost some of his confidence when it comes to scoring the basketball. His reluctance to want to score is certainly impacting his fantasy value, as he has been barely a top-80 player in seven games over the past two weeks.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Peripheral production continues

Daniels registered eight points (4-7 FG), seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 29 minutes during Saturday's 129-124 loss to Indiana. Daniels was a little quiet on the offensive end but once again salvaged his night with an across-the-board performance. He has now recorded at least seven assists in six of the past seven games, while also adding 14 steals and 48 rebounds during that span. While he is better suited to punt-points builds, he is doing more than enough to be rostered across all formats.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Hits for 22 against Indiana

Daniels closed with 22 points (10-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, nine assists, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during Monday's 132-116 victory over the Pacers. It was Daniels' best scoring effort since Dec. 14, when he erupted for 27 points against the 76ers. The fourth-year guard has seen his offense take a step back from his breakout 2024-25 campaign, particularly from three-point range, but through 12 games in January, Daniels is averaging 12.6 points, 7.3 assists, 7.1 boards and 1.5 steals per game.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Won't play Saturday

Daniels (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game versus the Celtics, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. With Daniels unavailable for Saturday's game, CJ McCollum will have a chance to start, and there will be more opportunities for Luke Kennard and Vit Krejci. Daniels' next chance to play will come Monday versus Milwaukee.

  • Hawks' Dyson Daniels: Iffy for Saturday

Daniels (ankle) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Celtics. Daniels is managing a right ankle sprain that clouds his availability for Saturday's home contest. The guard has been productive in January, averaging 12.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.8 steals in 34.9 minutes per game across eight appearances. If he's unable to suit up, the Hawks could turn to recently acquired CJ McCollum in the starting lineup.
