Murray provided 23 points (9-18 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds, nine assists, one block and one steal across 37 minutes during Saturday's 128-123 loss to the Kings. Muarray was one rebound shy of logging his fourth double-double of the season during the disappointing loss. Murray has struggled with his shot recently, but he took a step forward Saturday night by connecting on 50 percent of his shots. Murray's average of 6.7 assists through 16 games is on pace to beat his previous season totals in the category.

Murray tallied 16 points (5-14 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-5 FT) and eight assists in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 125-118 win over the Pelicans. After posting a 34-point double-double in Monday's loss to Chicago, Murray crashed back down to Earth on Wednesday. The 28-year-old point guard failed to reach the 20-point threshold for just the fifth time in 13 regular-season appearances. Still, he finished with eight assists and has dished out at least eight dimes in four of his last six appearances.

Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 36 points in a triple-double, but Murray was right there with him in scoring, only for the Denver bench to let the duo down with nine total points. It was Murray's best offensive showing since he erupted for 43 points back on Oct. 27, and through 12 games, the 28-year-old point guard is averaging 23.1 points, 6.1 assists, 5.6 boards, 2.5 threes and 1.3 steals.

While Murray struggled from three-point range for a second straight game, he still finished as one of four Denver players to score at least 23 points. The point guard also dished out a game- and season-high 12 assists en route to his first double-double since the team's regular-season-opening loss to the Warriors on Oct. 23. Over his last five appearances, the 28-year-old has averaged 19.6 points, 7.0 assists, 5.2 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, shooting 41.3 percent from the field and 34.3 percent from beyond the arc.

Murray finished with 15 points (5-16 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists and four steals over 33 minutes during Wednesday's 130-116 victory over the Clippers. Murray shed his probable tag for a second consecutive game, and his participation during both sides of a back-to-back is a strong indication that his calf injury is no longer an issue. Although he managed 15 points, Murray connected on 31.2 percent of his shots. He was much more effective on defense, recording a season-high four steals during the win.

Murray amassed 43 points (16-29 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 6-7 FT), six rebounds and three assists in 37 minutes during Monday's 127-114 win over Minnesota. He's also hit for 40-plus six times in the playoffs. Murray is off to a flying start to 2025-26, averaging 30.3 points, 6.0 assists, 5.0 boards, 3.0 threes and 1.3 steals through three games while shooting 53.0 percent from the floor and 42.9 percent from three-point range, both of which would be career highs.

Murray's biggest task this season will be simply to stay healthy, but he's had a productive start to the schedule, averaging 24.0 points, 7.5 assists, 4.5 boards, 2.0 steals and 2.0 threes in his first two contests.
