Cleveland designated lefty Anthony Gose for assignment to clear room on the 40-man roster and 26-man active roster for Sabrowski, who will be making his MLB debut if and when he gets into a game. A 26-year-old lefty reliever, Sabrowski had turned in a 4.38 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 53:30 K:BB over 37 innings at Columbus this season.
