Pirates first baseman Pedro Alvarez is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader with the Cubs.
Michael Morse will get the start at first base in the nightcap with left-hander Jon Lester toeing the rubber for Chicago. Alvarez went 0-for-2 in Game 1, but he did also draw two walks for the third straight game.
