Pedro Figueroa set for surgery Wednesday

Rangers reliever Pedro Figueroa will have Tommy John surgery Wednesday, and will also have the flexor tendon in his elbow repaired. He will likely need 12-18 months to recover from the procedure, based on the usual timeline for Tommy John surgery recovery.
