Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado was removed from Wednesday's game against the Dodgers in the fifth inning with an apparent thumb injury. Arenado, who went 1 for 2 before exiting, appeared to jam the thumb on an at-bat earlier in the game and committed a throwing error before being removed.
