Gregor Blanco was initially listed at right field in the Giants lineup for Tuesday night.
The Giants pulled Blanco from the lineup, however, replacing him with Justin Maxwell. Blanco was scratched due to concussion symptoms. He was hit by a throw during batting practice on Monday and had a spell prior to Tuesday's game, per beat writer Andrew Baggarly.
