Rays third baseman Evan Longoria snapped a 10-game homeless drought Tuesday, providing the lone run in a 6-1 loss to the Diamondbacks.
Longoria's home run was his lone hit of the day, as he finished 1 for 4 with one run scored and one RBI. It was his 22nd home run of the season and first since July 23; he was hitting .186 with just three RBI in 10 games during that stretch.
