The Diamondbacks promoted pitcher Zack Godley from Double-A on Thursday, the team announced. Godley will start Thursday's game against the Brewers.
To make room for Godley, the team optioned pitcher Matt Stites to Triple-A. Stites had a 4.50 ERA over two innings of work this season.
