Cubs pitcher Tsuyoshi Wada surrendered four runs on eight hits over four innings of work during his first rehab assignment Monday at Double-A.
Wada gave up two home runs during the outing. He also struck out four without walking a batter. Wada is on the disabled list with a shoulder injury.
