Reds closer Aroldis Chapman wasn't pitching in a save situation, but he still entered Tuesday's game against the Padres with a lot on the line with the game tied, 1-1.
Chapman entered the game in the ninth inning and surrendered a solo home run to Chase Headley, which proved to be the game-winner. The Reds went on to lose 2-1, as Chapman took his first loss in his second appearance of the season.
Chapman struck out two batters in addition to the home run, and now has five strikeouts and two walks in two innings of work since returning from the disabled list.
