Amaro: Phillies SP Jonathan Pettibone might need more surgery

Phillies starting pitcher Jonathan Pettibone might be headed for another shoulder surgery, general manager Ruben Amaro said Tuesday.

Pettibone, who underwent shoulder surgery in June 2014 to repair a torn labrum, couldn't finish his simulated game outing Monday and now the Phillies are evaluating the next course of action.
