Gaucher scored twice in AHL Lehigh Valley's 5-2 loss to Hartford on Saturday.
Gaucher held steady last year with 20 goals and 36 points over 69 regular-season games for the Phantoms. He's off to a positive start this season, but his offense will likely need to take a major jump to put him in contention for a call-up to the Flyers. Even if he does rise to the NHL, he'll likely serve as a bottom-six option.
