Brodzinski scored two goals in AHL Hershey's 6-1 win over Texas on Sunday.
Brodzinski signed with the Capitals in July, but he didn't make the Opening Night roster. The 33-year-old hasn't regularly seen AHL time since 2023-24 -- he spent the last two years primarily as a depth option with the Rangers. Brodzinski has five points, 15 shots on net and a plus-3 rating over his first four games for Hershey.
