Talbot made 27 saves in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Avalanche.
The Blue Jackets dominated the game from the jump, and Talbot had little chance on the two pucks that got past him, one of which came on a Colorado power play. The veteran netminder has split the workload with Jet Greaves through the first month-plus of the season, and in his seven appearances Talbot's gone 4-2-0 with a 2.70 GAA and .901 save percentage.
