McCaffrey is questionable to return to Saturday's divisional-round game against the Seahawks due to a stinger, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

McCaffrey suffered the injury on San Francisco's final drive of the first half, and he's remained out to start the third quarter. He was spotted having his left shoulder worked on, though he remained on the sideline with his helmet on. Brian Robinson has taken over as the lead back in McCaffrey's absence.

Sutton secured four of nine targets for 53 yards in the Broncos' 33-30 overtime divisional-round win over the Bills on Saturday.

Mims secured all eight targets for 93 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' 33-30 overtime divisional-round win over the Bills on Saturday. He also returned two kickoffs for 50 yards.

Charbonnet is questionable to return to Saturday's divisional-round game against the 49ers due to a knee injury, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Charbonnet was injured on a rush attempt midway through the second quarter and was able to walk off the field with the help of trainers. He was examined in the medical tent before walking to the locker room shortly before halftime. Prior to his exit, Charbonnet had recorded five carries for 20 yards.

Shakir hauled in seven of nine targets for 75 yards in the Bills' 33-30 overtime divisional-round loss to the Broncos on Saturday.

Shakir led the Bills in receptions and targets after having posted a 12-82-0 line in the wild-card win over the Jaguars. The veteran wideout also recorded a game-high 46-yard catch in an early fourth-quarter drive that culminated in a go-ahead 14-yard scoring strike to Dalton Kincaid. Shakir's highly productive postseason was preceded by a similarly busy regular season, one where he generated a 72-719-4 line on 95 targets, rushed once for five yards, lost his only fumble and recorded 124 punt-return yards across 16 games.

Kincaid secured all six targets for 83 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 33-30 overtime divisional-round loss to the Broncos on Saturday.

The talented tight end shook off some nagging knee and calf injuries to suit up and finish as the Bills' leader in receiving yards on the afternoon. Kincaid also contributed to Buffalo's comeback from what had been a 23-10 deficit by recording a 14-yard touchdown grab early in the fourth quarter. Stidham will start in place of Bo Nix (ankle) in the AFC Championship Game, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.

Nix suffered a broken bone in his ankle in the final moments of Denver's divisional-round win over the Bills. He was able to finish the game, though his season is over. Stidham will now face either the Texans or the Patriots with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. He appeared in only one game this season and has not attempted a pass during the campaign.

Harvey rushed six times for 20 yards and brought in five of six targets for 46 yards in the Broncos' 33-30 divisional-round overtime win over the Bills on Saturday.

Harvey wasn't given many opportunities to take advantage of what had been a vulnerable Bills run defense, with his carry total serving as his lowest since Week 10, when J.K. Dobbins (IR-foot) was still serving as the Broncos' lead back. However, Harvey did make an impact as a receiver, finishing with the second-most receptions and third-most receiving yards and targets on the afternoon for the Broncos. Nix would subsequently spearhead a six-play game-winning drive in overtime that featured a 24-yard pass to RJ Harvey and a pair of critical pass-interference penalties versus the Bills on deep incompletions. Nix and the Broncos will now prepare to face off at home with the winner of Sunday's Texans-Patriots clash in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 25.
