DaVon Hamilton DT | JAC
Jaguars' DaVon Hamilton: Dealing with back injury
Hamilton (back) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Hamilton may have tweaked his back during Jacksonville's Week 9 overtime win over Las Vegas, when he played 41 snaps (37 on defense, four on special teams) without recording a tackle. He'll have two more opportunities to practice in full and avoid an injury tag heading into Sunday's game against Houston. The 2020 third-rounder has 17 tackles (seven solo) through eight regular-season games.

Tim Patrick WR | JAC
Jaguars' Tim Patrick: Good to go for Week 10
Patrick (groin) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.
Patrick appears to be all set to return to action in Week 10 against the Texans after missing the team's Week 9 win over the Raiders due to a groin injury. With Brian Thomas (ankle) and Dyami Brown (concussion) banged up and Jakobi Meyers still acclimating himself with the Jaguars, it's possible that Patrick steps into a larger role versus Houston on Sunday.

Cole Holcomb LB | PIT
Steelers' Cole Holcomb: Still no practice
Holcomb (illness) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Holcomb missed the Steelers' Week 9 contest with the same illness. It's not a great sign that he's still sidelined, though he'll still have two days to log some practice activity ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Chargers.

Dennis Gardeck LB | JAC
Jaguars' Dennis Gardeck: Nursing chest injury
Gardeck (chest) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Gardeck likely picked up the injury during the Jaguars' Week 9 overtime win over the Raiders, when he logged five tackles (three solo) while playing 35 snaps (19 on defense, 16 on special teams). The injury wasn't severe enough for him to miss Wednesday's practice entirely, and he'll have two more opportunities to practice in full and avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's AFC South tilt against the Texans.

Alex Highsmith LB | PIT
Steelers' Alex Highsmith: Ankle injury pops back up
Highsmith (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Highsmith had a big performance in Sunday's win over the Colts, logging 2.0 sacks and a forced fumble. However, he was sidelined to begin the week of preparation for a Week 10 matchup against the Chargers. Highsmith missed two games earlier in the season with an ankle issue, so it's possible the injury was aggravated, or he could simply be getting a veteran's day off.

Chuck Clark DB | PIT
Steelers' Chuck Clark: Gets in full practice Wednesday
Clark (illness) was a full participant at practice Wednesday, Missi Matthews of the Steelers' official site reports.
Clark missed Sunday's game versus the Colts with an illness, but it seems like he's on track to return to action in Week 10. However, with the Steelers' recent acquisition of safety Kyle Dugger via trade, it's not totally clear what role Clark will have against the Chargers on Sunday.
-
Scott Miller WR | PIT
Steelers' Scotty Miller: Still working through finger injury
Miller (finger) did not practice Wednesday.
Miller has missed the Steelers' last two games while recovering from surgery to repair a broken finger. He hasn't practiced since sustaining the injury, and he's unlikely to play against the Chargers on Sunday if he's unable to practice in at least a limited capacity over the next two days.
-
Darnell Washington TE | PIT
Steelers' Darnell Washington: Nursing foot injury
Washington (foot) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
Washington played 52 snaps (41 on offense, 11 on special teams) and logged four catches (on six targets) for 43 yards during the Steelers' Week 9 win over the Colts, but the third-year pro appears to have sustained a foot injury in the process. He'll have two more opportunities to return to practice in at least a limited capacity ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Kristian Wilkerson WR | BUF
Kristian Wilkerson: Returning to Buffalo
The Bills signed Wilkerson to the practice squad Wednesday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Wilkerson has returned to Buffalo's practice squad one day after being cut, and he will continue to provide wide receiver depth for the Bills. He appeared in three regular-season games for the Raiders in 2024 and logged two catches (on three targets) for 18 yards and one touchdown.

Lonnie Johnson SAF | LV
Raiders' Lonnie Johnson : Looking likely for season debut
Johnson (leg) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game against the Broncos, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Johnson has been on injured reserve all season after suffering a serious leg injury in training camp. Per McFadden, coach Pete Carroll said he expects Johnson to suit up Thursday, though he'll need to be officially activated from injured reserve first.
