Smith completed one of three passes for 15 yards in Thursday's 23-23 preseason tie against the Seahawks.

Smith made his Raiders debut against his former team after coming over from Seattle in an offseason trade. His first pass was a 15-yard completion to Tre Tucker, but Smith's next two passes fell incomplete on Vegas' opening drive. Aidan O'Connell took over under center for the team's second possession. Smith and the starters may see more action in Vegas' second preseason game, Aug. 16 against the 49ers.

Leonard completed 12 of 24 passes for 92 yards with an interception in Thursday's preseason loss at Baltimore. He also had four carries for 34 yards.

It was a mixed performance for Leonard as he played the full second half. He led the Colts on their only touchdown drive but also had an ugly interception. Leonard appears ahead of Jason Bean (who didn't play in the game) for the No. 3 QB role. Leonard did show off his rushing ability on several occasions, a trait that would enhance his fantasy value if he gets playing time.

Coach Shane Steichen said after Thursday's preseason loss at Baltimore that Richardson is "day-to-day" due to the right pinky finger he dislocated during the contest, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Per Garafolo, Steichen acknowledged that his plan for Richardson and Daniel Jones in their ongoing quarterback competition may need to be reconsidered, as Richardson started but received far less playing time than anticipated due to the big hit he took from Baltimore defender David Ojabo in the first quarter. Jones is slated to start Indianapolis' next preseason game Saturday, Aug. 13 against the Packers, but if Richardson isn't cleared for action then, rookie sixth-round pick Riley Leonard and perhaps even Jason Bean may see more snaps than expected.

McKee completed 20 of 25 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns in Thursday's preseason game against the Bengals, adding a third TD on his lone rush attempt.

He cemented his status as everyone's favorite backup QB, putting up 10 points on the first two drives while leading Philadelphia's second-string offense against Cincinnati's first-string defense. McKee capped of the first series with a fourth-down Tush Push, later throwing a pair of TD passes after both teams had worked further down their depth charts. He's locked in as Philadelphia's No. 2 quarterback, ahead of Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Kyle McCord.

Rush completed two of four passes for 16 yards, with an interception, in Thursday's preseason game against Indianapolis.

Rush got the start, leading the second-string offense, and threw an ugly interception on the second snap of the game. The Ravens then scored a touchdown on his second and final drive, although Rush didn't do much besides hand the ball to RB Keaton Mitchell. Rush's contract and track record put him safely in the No. 2 QB role for Baltimore, preseason miscues aside.

Jones completed 10 of 21 passes for 144 yards in Thursday's preseason game at Baltimore, playing five drives after Anthony Richardson left with a finger injury.

Richardson got the start and was scheduled to play midway through the second quarter, with Jones then coming in and playing until halftime. Instead, Richardson left on the second drive, leaving Jones to play the rest of the first half with an offense mostly constructed of second-stringers. His numbers don't look great, and he didn't have any rush attempts, but Jones did lead the Colts to three field-goal attempts on his five drives, avoiding turnovers and taking only one sack. He was scheduled to play the first quarter and a half in the Colts' second preseason game, Aug. 16 against Green Bay, but the plan may change after Richardson's early exit Thursday night.

Coach Shane Steichen told Larra Overton of the Colts' official site that Richardson sustained a dislocated finger on his right hand during Thursday's preseason contest at Baltimore and doesn't have a timetable for his return, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Richardson and Daniel Jones have been embroiled in a QB competition since the start of the offseason program, but Richardson got the first chance to lead the Colts offense this preseason. Unfortunately for Richardson, he took a big hit from Ravens defender David Ojabo in the first quarter, exited the game and was ruled out not long afterward. Considering his injury history as a pro, it's unclear when Richardson may be cleared for on-field work, let along game action.

Burrow completed nine of 10 passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns in Thursday's preseason game at Philadelphia.

He misfired to Tee Higgins on his first pass attempt but then completed nine in a row to put up 14 points on two drives against an Eagles defense that was mostly using backups. Ja'Marr Chase caught each of his four targets for 77 yards and a touchdown, with another would-be TD wiped out by a blocking penalty. Burrow and other starters may play again in the next exhibition, Aug. 18 against Washington, with Bengals coach Zac Taylor having said two weeks ago that he wants to give his starters more preseason snaps than he ever has before.

Richardson suffered a right finger injury during Thursday's preseason game at Baltimore and won't return, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Richardson was on the receiving end of a big hit from Ravens defender David Ojabo and went to the sideline immediately. He then was seen attempting to grip a football before the Colts made a ruling on his status. Daniel Jones entered the contest in place of Richardson, who was getting the first start in the job battle between the two this preseason.
