The Vikings elevated Dallas from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
The Vikings' backfield for Sunday's game against the Lions will be co-led by Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason, but the elevation of Dallas indicates that rookie sixth-rounder Demond Claiborne could be a healthy scratch for Week 8. Dallas played 19 snaps (six on offense, 13 on special teams) in Week 7 against the Colts but didn't show up on the box score otherwise.
