Harrison signed with the Titans' practice squad Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Harrison will stay in Tennessee after he was waived Tuesday. The wide receiver was brought in as an undrafted free agent in May following a five-year collegiate career with Florida State and Oregon State, and he will operate as a depth option for the Titans heading into the 2023 campaign.
