The Titans elevated Siemian from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Siemian will give the Titans some insurance at quarterback as Will Levis (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots. If Levis cannot play, Siemian would serve as the backup quarterback behind Mason Rudolph.
