The Titans placed Palmer (leg) on injured reserve Tuesday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Palmer was carted off with a leg injury during Monday's practice, and the issue has proven to be severe enough to cost him the remainder of 2018. The team signed Brandon Chubb on Tuesday to add some depth at the position.
