McNichols recorded one rush for nine yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars. He added two receptions for 26 yards.
McNichols lost touches as compared to his workload in Week 4 due to the return of A.J. Brown (hamstring) and Marcus Johnson (undisclosed). Despite that outlier performance, McNichols has totaled five or fewer touches in four of five games this season. As a result, he's the clear backup to Derrick Henry and little more for fantasy purposes. However, that could also change in short order, as Darrynton Evans (knee) has been designated to return from injured reserve and may work behind Henry upon his return.
