Tate (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.
After missing practice throughout the week, Tate now will be unavailable for Sunday's contest. His absence should open up snaps at wide receiver for Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike alongside slot man Wan'Dale Robinson. Veteran Calvin Ridley (hip) will also be an option, assuming he's healthy enough to play.
